Since this is a product review, I am going to give my honest opinion of the froze smoothie. To me it tasted a little bland. I don't like milk based smoothies so to give it a less bland kick, I added haagen daz raspberry sorbet to it and made the smoothie taste a little better.While it is important to have one full serving of fruit and it has an excellent source of antioxidant vitamin C.
